Beim gemeinsamen Singen erleben wir uns als Teil des Ganzen. Wie klinge ich? Wie klingt mein Nachbar? Wie klingen wir zusammen? Ich entdecke neue Möglichkeiten, in Beziehung zu treten.
Außerdem werde ich mir bewusst, dass ich beim Singen und Sprechen ganz unterschiedliche Laute benutze. Ein „s“ wirkt ganz anders als ein „o“ und sie werden ganz unterschiedlich gebildet.
In den Gesangsübungen der „Schule der Stimmenthüllung“ geht es auch darum, uns wieder mit der Unbefangenheit des kleinen Kindes an die Laute heranzutasten und dabei unsere kindliche Spielfreude und die Freude am Tätigsein zu entdecken. „Hier macht Arbeit Spaß“ sagte eine Schülerin in der Gesangstunde „und danach gehe ich entspannt und fröhlich nach Hause, obwohl ich konzentriert gearbeitet habe!“
